Jason has more than 30 years of experience working with businesses in Australia and across the globe. His expertise is in the management and governance of complex organisations, particularly in the fields of M&A, corporate and project finance, and business transformation. 

He is a former board member of ASX listed and private companies in the energy infrastructure, resources, clean technology and not-for-profit sectors, and a former CFO of Transgrid, Australia’s largest power transmission business, and of DUET Group, a former ASX100 energy infrastructure conglomerate.
