Independent, Non-Executive Director

Susan is a highly respected Director with over 30 years of board, management, and consulting experience across ASX-listed, public, and private companies. With her well-regarded leadership across investor engagement, remuneration, and people and culture governance, Susan chairs the PWH People and Culture Committee. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws (Hons) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School. She currently serves as Chair of Jumbo Interactive Limited and Non‑Executive Director of IRESS Limited.  In addition, she serves on the national Board of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). 

A member of Chief Executive Women, the Takeovers Panel and a Fellow of the AICD, Susan was awarded a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia for her significant service to business through governance and strategic leadership and as an advocate for women in leadership.
