From Local Roots to Global Impact
Founded in 1997 by Kees Weel, PWR started by crafting custom radiators for Australian V8 Supercars. Today, we’re a global leader in advanced cooling solutions, supplying high-performance products for motorsports, aerospace, and defence industries worldwide.
Our journey has taken us from a small Queensland workshop to international markets, with facilities in the US and UK. We’re proud to export over 90% of our products globally, including mission-critical systems for aviation and defence.
Innovation That Drives Success
At PWR, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Our bespoke cooling solutions—radiators, heat exchangers, oil coolers, and electronics cooling systems—are engineered using cutting-edge research and technology.
This commitment to R&D has opened doors to new sectors, including aerospace and defence, where we’ve secured major contracts such as an $8.5 million US Government project earlier this year.
Sustainability Matters
We’re not just focused on performance—we’re committed to sustainability. PWR is ISO14001:2015 accredited, operates a closed-loop wastewater treatment system, recycles hundreds of tonnes of aluminium annually, and has installed over 4,000 solar panels at our Queensland facility. We’re also developing cooling systems for hydrogen-powered craft to support a cleaner energy future.
