One of our key initiatives is our Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year Program, which is designed to celebrate the achievements of individuals across the PWR Group. This program includes regular awards ceremonies for employees who go above and beyond in their roles and contribute to the success of the company for their contributions, demonstrating PWR’s DNA; Respect, Passion and Teamwork.

In addition to our formal recognition programs, we also believe in creating a culture of appreciation and gratitude. Our managers and team leaders are encouraged to regularly provide positive feedback and acknowledge the efforts of their team members. We also have a range of social events to help foster a sense of community and celebrate the successes of the team.
